Capacity Approval Process
A Review Fee/Escrow Account is required to be set up at the time of any developer/owner activities within the boundaries of Taylors Fire & Sewer District. This is to cover the cost of Staff, Engineering, and Lawyer fees. Please refer to our Standards for Sewer Construction & Fee Policy, Initial Design Review Checklist, and Final Permit to Operate Checklist before proceeding.

Sanitary Sewer Service Connection Specifications

You must go to the Greenville County Codes Office and Greenville County Road and Bridges Department for County Permits.
County Permits must be on site before Sewer Tap can be inspected by Taylors Fire and Sewer District.
